We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
